Sleep Shaping: Birth to 4 Months
In the early months, sleep is still developing, and gentle guidance can help your baby establish healthy, natural patterns. I help parents:
- Understand newborn sleep cycles and patterns
- Learn safe sleep practices from day one
- Build consistent, gentle routines that support both baby and parents
- Set realistic expectations for night waking and feeding
- Encourage positive associations with sleep through soothing, predictable practices
Sleep Training: 4 Months to 4 Years
Once your baby reaches four months, sleep patterns begin to consolidate, and a consistent approach can support independent sleep and longer stretches of rest. I help families:
- Create age-appropriate sleep schedules and wake windows
- Address night wakings and sleep regressions with gentle, effective strategies
- Foster self-soothing skills in a way that respects your child’s temperament
- Provide guidance for naps, bedtime routines, and transitioning between sleep cycles
